Philip Tan cover to the Outsiders after he dropped some inks on it man this is a gorgeous piece
DC was kind enough to post a sneak peek at Philip Tan's cover to Outsiders #27. It seems some new villain's will be plaguing The Outsiders by the name of Dust Devil and Mudslide (isn't that a vacuum cleaner and a drink?) not mention a few unknown in the background but Philip Tan gets a kudos for the kick ass cover.
